La Maison des Rossignols, Bed-and-Breakfast in the Aude, Languedoc- Roussillon
 

La Maison des Rossignols is a truly authentic, completely renovated Maison de Maître, offering bed-and-breakfast accommodation in the centre of the quiet Languedoc village of Pouzols-Minervois, at the heart of the Minervois wine region. We have four stylish and spacious rooms, each with an en-suite bathroom.

Wonderfully situated in a quiet village between the sea and the Pyrenees, you can truly get away from it all at La Maison de Rossignols with its many nearby attractions - Cathar castles, mountain lakes for swimming, windsurfing or sailing. The Canal du Midi is close by for walking, biking or drifting along on a boat. And to top it all off the nearby beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean, just half an hour away by car. It´s also only a short drive to Carcassonne, Beziers and Narbonne.

A lovely continental breakfast, including bread, fruit, croissants, yoghurt and beverages is served on our sunny terrace. It´s possible to order an English breakfast. Our spacious terrace provides you with the opportunity to relax in the sun or shade and enjoy a nice glass of local wine served with some tapas.

This is also where our guests get together twice a week for table d'hôtes (dinner).
